I look forward each day to using Anne's cards last thing at night as part of my routine to settle down to a good night's sleep and also if I need inspiration to help me get through the day.

I find the soft, pastel colours of the box and cards plus the sweet, innocent, furry baby faces looking back at me with unconditional love and a soul message very comforting to look at, use and feel and they bring back treasured memories of happy times in my own life, often spent together with my own furry babies.

I wanted to share the beneficial mental and physical effects of Anne's cards upon my life with the people I care about and have recommended them to family and friends for them to try. They too have told me that they use them as part of their daily mental health routine and they are now also reaping the benefits of this positive practice.
